You agree to place your required html code into your indicated page immediately. The banner code must be listed on the web page listed in your application. Your account will be deleted if the code is removed. Accounts will be suspended if we detect that the banner is not present on the listed pages. You must upload your banner at the time of submission. If you do not already have a banner to upload, do not submit an account until you do. If your banner is missing when we review your account, it will delay your account approval. The provided HTML code must be placed on a page that you list. Where the majority of your site visitors will see the banners. You are not allowed to bury the html code inside a small frame window where no one will ever see it. You are not allowed to place the code in an auto-refreshed page. (this is cheating) You agree to delete your account in the event you remove your required html code at any time. Your account will automatically be suspended after 14 days of inactivity. We reserve the right to delete an account and bar the member from MS-Links Exchange for any reason without notice. Animated gif images are allowed and will cycle normally. Image size is limited to 13K and should be 468 x 60 pixels. No adult oriented sites are allowed to participate, as well as adult oriented banner images. No Affiliate sites, MLM, Warez, Racial or any other site that displays content that the owners of MS-Links find inappropriate.
